Nice Call, Jim

I’ve been put off by Jim Cramer’s drama for many years. He is flat out annoying.
Just came across a memorable segment from CNBC’s show Fast Money thanks to venture capitalist, shrewd stock trader (and extremely witty guy), Howard Lindzon.

I remember the mid-2007 episode, watching Cramer pathetically challenge Eric Bolling (an outstanding, smart oil/energy trader) to a bet.. Financial stocks vs a 50/50 mix of Oil and Gold. Cramer boastfully took the financials and has been obviously beaten by a huge margin. Like Howard, I’m curious if he manned up and settled the bet ($50k to the winner’s charity of choice).
Since Bolling is no longer an employee of Fast Money, I’m not sure we’ll ever know.
Update:I guess Bolling wants to double down for 2008 !
