Paring Positions and Patience
December 8th, 2005 by BWV
As the market deteriorates a little more, I’m down to 37% long. Though we’re at the low end of this week’s range, this is the 3rd trip down there (Monday, Wednesday, today).. and often the 3rd time is the charm as far as breaking thru a support/resistance level.
I’ve pared some positions, like ARXX, EXPE and PAY, by more than half. Others like BAP, VAS, PIXR I’ve sold completely. My positions are listed below, by size (dollars, not shares)
Long FWLT, HDB, ARXX, PAAS, IBN, CIB, BGC, EXPE, GGR, PAY, HAWK, TXCO, AMLN, SOSA, MTRX, PETS, BEXP, WLT, SNP, PRFT

This is very intriguing (being serious). But I have no idea what any of this analysis means. Buck, please tell me what to buy, when, for how much, and when to sell. Maybe then I’ll get my portfolio out of the gutter.
i’m going to start taking client $$ under management in 2006. you are now on my prospect list.
