More Downside, Por Favor

The Dow was up 50 points at the open. Woo-hoo.
Look at the Advance/Decline readings in this chart.. it’s slid from +1700 to -900 this morning.
That’s a lot of stocks going from up to down on the day in just 2 hours. Basically, the eager-beaver buyers are having the rug pulled out from under them again.
I think this needs to happen several more times before a decent bottom is put in.. so would prefer we go on & get it over with. Unfortunately, Mr. Market does not care what I prefer.
With only breakeven results, I’m very happy with my performance this October.. having mostly sidestepped the ugly action. We remain minimally invested for the time being.
