President Bush looked really weird on my TV this evening. I’ve concluded that he owns the record for smallest “shoulder-to-head size” ratio in modern history.
It literally looked like a caricature was doing the press conference.
So, the question is: Overgrown Head or Midget Shoulders?
that just doesn’t look like a President. a Hobbit, maybe.
